Accommodations: All travel accommodations for Christopher and his assistant, to and from the event must be paid for by the host organization. (Air/ Ground transportation, lodging, and meal expenses) Events located greater than 300 miles of Atlanta require the host to rent an accessible van from www.wheelchairgetaways.com or a comparable local organization. The host has the option of including this expense with the deposit and Unconfined Life will assume responsibilities for locating and renting ground transportation. Events within 300 miles of Atlanta requires reimbursement of mileage at the current government mileage reimbursement rate and a $50 food voucher. Expenses can be pre-calculated and the host has the option of including the expense with the deposit.
