Let’s start with a flashback of my birth: I wasn’t breathing and was pronounced dead. Fifteen minutes later, I filled the room with wailing, declaring myself ready to take on the world. I was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and doctors told my mother I would never walk, never read, and other dire predictions. I have proved the doctors and other critics wrong throughout my life surpassing expectations and even going to college. I have become one of the leading experts on the topic of Diversity and Inclusion as well as an award-winning public speaker and critically acclaimed author.

My ability to overcome extreme adversity makes me a compelling and original public speaker. My speaking will not only will entertain your audiences but will motivate them in the true spirit of accomplishment of overcoming adversity.

As a leading DE&I Expert, I embody diversity, equity and inclusion. I have coached, guided, and mentored many corporate clients in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion. He has empowered these clients with the knowledge to make positive changes.
